Hi, I am a freelancer. I am new to the field. I do Web Design, Animation, Data Entry work. I found freelancer.com is a most reliable website. I have registered to many websites but I got work only from freelancer.com. I think oDesk is the worst freelancing site. Which freelance website you like the most and why? Which field you expertise in? Which is worst website? If you got any bad or good experience with the clients on those websites. Please share it here. Please share your experiences.

I am a freelancer. I am a virtual assistant and would like to know of other sites that will help me earn extra money. I tried visiting freelancer.com before but never understood the site. How do you get a job there anyway?

Well, freelancer.com is easily understandable site. After you register to the site you just have to search for the project of your interest. Then you have to bid on the project using your least affordable price. The buyer views the bids on his/her project and selects the bidder. If your bid get selected then you can work on project. After completion of work you get paid. Simple. And what about your work? Which site you use? How do you get Virtual Assistant job. Please share with me. Please PM me if you hesitate to explain here.

Try Craiglist in your area, publish there and wait . I did a lot of freelance in cad Drafting usually they just send you email and then money goes in. But right now recession still around kinda few clients are really spending money. I did also a member of freelancae.com but never get anything ,Good luck.

You publish your expertise in your area then when they need to have some service such as web site design or other gigs you know. There's also customer service that you should know to make a deal with the clients. After that you work on your project then money will flow in your pocket, but reduce your rate of work means know how much you charge in minimum or appropriate to the work. good luck.
