I think I am one of those people who just loves sleep... I really do enjoy getting wrapped up with my cover and lay there in bed and drift off... I can say that at the moment I have about 7-8 hours sleep at night, and when I wake up in the morning I still feel tired.... I have even managed 10 hours, but even after that mammoth sleep I still wake up tired, and struggle to pull myself out of bed, as much as I love to sleep, it would just be nice to wake up one morning feeling wide awake, and refreshed without feeling so tired! How about you guys.. do you love sleep?

I love sleep! Just love the whole indulgent, luxurious part of being enveloped in high thread count sheets. I was at a seminar once where the speaker said she had discovered something about herself early on in her life that helped her. She needed 9 hours of sleep to feel refreshed and on top of her game. Now my mom could live off 5-6 hours every night and be ready to go. But I however, know for me, that I require a good 8-9 to feel well rested! Maybe you are the same! Also maybe you are not a day person or a night person or whichever it is that you are getting up at. I have always been a night owl and know that I do not enjoy getting up when the sun is rising and that. I say find out what works best for you and own it! If you cannot sleep as much as you need because of life of course, at least know why you are tired then!

Like most, I like to sleep also and need my 8 hours each night. The only times I wake up and still feel tired if I have gotten myself off schedule. I go to bed the same time every night and wake up in the morning the same time. I always thought I needed some kind of supplement because of waking up tired until I researched and tried it that you need to put your body on a schedule.

Absolutely. I have been doing it for about 6 months or so now and I don't even feel tired during the day, unless I read too many pages in my book. Then I just go outside and walk around and get regenerized. Beside the sleep pattern, I make sure and feed my body the same time everyday. I know some days it is hard to do, but if the majority of the week you do a pattern you will be okay. I actually noticed a difference after a month and am getting one of my co-workers to follow a sleep pattern as she has the same symptons as you.

I like my sleep aswell except i do not get much sleep as the children do not go to sleep until really late aswell as they never settle down of an evening so that do not give me time to relax so i tend to try to chill out for an hour once they have gone to sleep. Then during the night my son tends to wake up that means i have to get up so i get broken nights sleep.

I also love sleeping a lot. However, I only get about 6-8 hours of sleep during work days. Maximum of sleep I get when its my rest day is 8 - 10 hours. In excess of that I feel more exhausted and my head aches. That's why if I've already slept for at least 10 hours I make sure to get up from bed to avoid headache and muscle sore. Too much sleep is not good. It can make you more sleepy and you feel more exhausted as if you were not able to sleep at all. This is based from my personal experience.

I do like sleeping. I love sleeping. But I'm not proud of it because it shows my laziness. I can have 10-12 hours of sleep and still feel tired after a couple of hours being awake. Coffee doesn't even help me stay awake and it's pretty bad.
