Does anyone have a good brownie recipe?

Brownies are without a doubt my guilty pleasure. I can go through an entire batch of brownies within a day. However, I always buy the mixtures that come in a box from the store and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a really good from scratch brownie recipe. It's typically cheaper to make things from scratch when you look at how much what you're using yields compared to the boxed stuff. I prefer chewy fudge brownies over the more cake type brownies too so if your recipes could point me in that direction it'd be awesome.
