how to use paypal

hi friends,
i am having a doubt regarding the usage of paypal/alert pay. when we get our payment in dollars into our paypal account, how to convert that into our own currency?
when should we do that either before transfering into bank account or after? and how to do that?
i searched for the options like that in paypal. but i found nothing. anyone please suggest me this..........

I verify paypal using xisting local bank account my country.You can add a llst of local bank account that you have Paypal account when it is full of dollar and you want to use the money, you can sell dollars paypal to place a sales agentfor you exchange with you countrys curency If you wanty to pull even with or transfer them to your local bank account that requires several days. You will be hit by pieces for with withdrawls under 150 dollars. If the withdraw free of cos above 150 dollar

Hi,
I am using paypal since many years.I am earning online in USD and then transfers my earning from paypal to my bank account in india in INR.You don't have to do any thing.When you transfer your amount,paypal itself will convert it into indian currency.
Tell me if any query,please.
