I'm tired now and have to sleep for work tomorrow... Or should I continue with mylotting. My eyes now are heavy. Let this be my last mylotting for today. How about you guys? would you rather exchange your bed time for mylot? I guess for me is NOT! Good night! Time for sleeping...

Man and another thing, you also miss important work just because you are mylotting. This is the negative side. Well, I'm struggling to manage my time.

yes your right, dont exchange mylot with your work as your work give you sure monthly income and im sure its far more higher than what you earned from here, mylot only serve as additional income, but if your here as you find it interesting and your having fun here then go ahead. if your just a home buddy person then perhaps i will understand as we really need income.

Of course I didn't mean trying to skip my work. What I meant is that I'm gonna minimize my sleeping time if I get stuck here online enjoying mylot and other stuff. Then with little rest in return, I tend to be very tired and sleepy going to work tomorrow. That really sucks though.

Both of you are very right! Mylot pays for discussions and having fun. So, its more like and enjoyment than an earning opportunity. The problem that it brings is "Time management". I feel so stuck!! lol!

whenever i feel sleepy nor tired i just closed my internet and take a nap nor sleep as i will only get head ache if i forced my sleep to stay online yet im sleepy and im forcing my mind to think of possible answer just to share for discussion. i can think better if i have clear mind. besides im here not just to earn but also to enjoy, as a matter of fact im responding here in mylot while chatting to friends and checking online auction for baby clothes

Well, i get kind of those experiences too, trying to stay awake even if so tired gives me real bad headache. And I tend to oversleep sometimes, waking up almost noon time, then I get lost with my schedules and stuff. :)

hi jankar oh please do go to bed, you sound like me last night. I am a diabetic and at times for no obvious reason our blood sugar at night goes too low. I was working away last night making comments to the responses on my discussion and sweating and getting so sleepy. I kept going but soon realized if I did not stop and eat some hard candy or drink some orange juice I would soon just pass out. and that would stop my mylotting anyway. so I listened to my conscience and quit so I could eat some hard candy and get my blood sugar back up to normal. so guess its best to go to bed at a reasonable time. mylot will still be there the next day you know.

Wow, thats a nice thing to know there. I dont want to loose some sugar here just because of over working. Yeah, staying online too much isnt good. I always get a headache by doing so and then get lazy for doing some other important stuff. Resting is also a very important thing to do.

I didn't miss any work actually. But lacking sleep time before going to work is really hard. I'm so damn tired working, thats why I posted this so that I will be forced to log out and rest during my rest period. Thanks

Same here msfrancisco, in our work we do sleep after eating during lunch break. To rest our eyes from hours of using pc and to regain some of our energy. Although its not really that comfortable just sleeping on my desk, but I feel better than those times I can get a nap in lunch time. And in our office, you wont have any choice because we are turning off our lights from 12nn-1pm for energy conservation practices.

i hate it when i am sleepy at work. so after eating my lunch i spend the remaining time for our lunch break to take a nap. in this way, i can recharge and bit and be ready for my afternoon activities and reports.

well i think that when one is tired and sleepy, you cant possibly rack your brains to interact or think for the solutions to write down for discussions. so i think first you need enough sleep for happy mylotting!!! :)

Well thats a good advice. Yes, I experience that a lot of times that I can hardly think of what to discuss when Im so tire and sleepy already, even so hard just to reply some discussions. So when im sleepy, I really get to sleep.

I was debating the same thing last night. I was tired and even though I just created my account last night, I am addicted and love mylot. But unlike your scenario, I have to work as well, but later this afternoon, s I COULD stay up late contributing to discussions on mylot. I just decided I NEED to sleep.

You did the right thing Sephanie, we really need to rest in order to get back our strength and live for tomorrow. Sleeping really one of the most important thing we have to do, for it is not only the time to rest but when we sleep, our body also starts to rebuild itself and rejuvinate.
