Can I still apply for an OJT though I already graduated from college?

So its like this. I am a fresh graduate and now i am supposed to look for a job. But I know that competition is very tough. I am not confident with my skills and I think I am not 100% ready to face the world of employment. Now im thinking what if I apply for an OJT to a certain company? Do you think they might accept me?

Why? I thought being an OJT is a requirement before you graduate? Correct me if I'm wrong, I just thought that you could apply for a job, because I think OJT's dont get paid like if you are already employed. I'm sure you could find a job, just don't give up and be patient in job hunting. And besides, you could learn more from being employed unlike if your just an OJT, the job assigned to you is very limited. Just don't be choosy when applying for work because you can learn from any job you take as long as that's the one closely related to your dream career.
