I use to wet my face, and neck, even pour water on my head to relieve myself from the sun, but then my wife told me to wash my feet, and it will refresh me. I didn't believe it at first of course, because how will it cool the rest of me? But I tried it to prove her wrong, and it actually worked. So now when I start getting really hot, I wash my feet.

Yeah, you should try it. I'm not sure why it works so well. I've read about how toxins in your body exit through your feet, but if you're feet are dirty, or there's something trapping them there you will being to feel bad, or heavy. Maybe when you wash your feet it helps release the toxins, and refresh's you. But that's just my guess.

hmm I must try this way as well. It is by work it will be better than take shower. Because we use less water so is good for climate.

Lots of water and stay in the shade as much as possible is the best and environmentally sound advice I can give. Also wearing loose cotton clothing helps keep you cool as well.

Are you drinking lots of water? And I can only assume you do have windows opened, even if there is no breeze, you don't want windows closed, that will make it hotter..
And here is another idea I forgot about. Take a wet cloth and place it on the back of your neck. For some reason this cools off your whole body.

It's always refreshing to drink ice cold beverages. I like to drink soda especially in the afternoon. It cools me off. Taking a bath could be another way to cool you off. I take a bath 3 times a day and it feels great after every bath.

I love the warm weather. When its hot weather to stay refreshed I will drink plenty of Iced Green Tea, wear comfortable light colored clothes and stay relaxed as much a possible. Thankfully in New Mexico the heat is dry and it takes alot to sweat.
