How To Stop Spam messages in email

i just mark them as spam so that the next time, they will go directly to my spam folder and not in my inbox

Hi, There is not much you can do about those spam messages, especially when you are talking about something like Yahoo. I think you should try labeling those unsolicited emails as spam (there is always an option). There is a different folder that collects those spam messages and prevents them from showing up in your inbox. Once you declare a certain source spam, they are not supposed to be kept in your inbox again. Whenever it receives a message from the same source, the spam handler will wipe it out of your inbox. Use an email forwarder. This will greatly reduce spam mail. Also, stop giving out your email address to websites without a big name. Mailinator.com is great to verify accounts if you will not use your email address for the account
