The most famous of Nicholas Sparks books have to be A Walk to Remember, The Notebook, Dear John and The Last Song...
All of them beautifully written books and amazing and inspiring filsm, but which is your favourite and why?
I loved The Notebook (both book and film), it had me in tears for hours after watching it!!! And I am currently reading The Last Song after going to watch the new film with my hubby last week...these are both amazing and so inspirational...

For me The Notebook is the best film adaptation of a Nicholas Sparks book because unlike A Walk to Remember and the other films you mentioned where there were a lot of differences in the movie and in the book, The Notebook film adaptation is the one nearest to what Nicholas Sparks wrote in his book and also the casting in The Notebook is the best among the films.

I'm not sure, so dont quote me on this, btu I think Nicholas Sparks wrote the screenplay for The Notebook like he did with The Last Song, which might be why there are so many similarities :) x

I love the Notebook and am currently reading the book. I haven't seen any of the other movie adaptations, but they're definitely on my list to see. Sparks is such a great writer!

I love the notebook! I watch it more than 5 times and I can still relate the story to myself especially the last part when he was trying to stop ellie from leaving for the second time. I've watch dear john recently but i was hoping alot more i guess. i can't wait to watch the last song...if it's from nicholas sparks it is worth watching...happy mylotting

I absolutely love The Last Song, and Dear John. I convinced my boyfriend to go see it, he knows he liked it although he won't admit in. Both movies had me in tears. I saw them each 3 times.

His books are all awesome! I think I'll choose The Notebook. I just borrowed it from my classmate but it make me cried. Though many of his books shines through like Message in a Bottle, Dear John, The Choice, Nights in Rodanthe(which is a sad story too).

The Notebook is my favorite book and movie. It is a beautiful story and I have seen it many times. The acting in the movie is amazing. I adore Rachel McAdams. I have read all of his books. I have seen all of his movies except for The last Song. I did enjoy the book though. I am looking forward to seeing it. I read bad reviews about The last song. I am glad to hear it was a good movie.

I haven't seen or read any of those yet! My eldest daughter has The Notebook on DVD though and said it is a really good film, so I must get around to watching it at some point.
