If the NBA ROY Award was all about Success stories then Brandon Jennings should have won the Award. He was the only top 3 rookie in the post-season leading a rather unexpected team. However, the ROY isn't all about that. It's about consistency, stats, overall performance. Thus Tyreke Evans wins.

there wasn't many outstanding rookies this season. actually there wasn't hardly any to be that much impressed about. the only reason brandon jennings won rookie of the year is because the lack of talent of the rookies. i just looked at brandon jennnings season stats as a rookie and they were not impressive.
