suffering from becker's muscle dystrophy

hi i'm 23 yrs old and i suffer from becker's muscle dystrophy in this condition i'm facing difficulties in walking running and even cant stairs up so any one know anything about this so please answer me how to cure this disease or how to improve my condition and give me ur response in this disese my calf muscle is to strong and my thigh is too weak

i'm sorry to hear that but its a genetic disease and most people only make it till mid adulthood :( Genetic diseases cannot be cured so I suggest you see your doctor and get on a personal plan to try and strengthen your muscles.
