that is very yummy...but lately I have come to really enjoy chocolate syrup drizzled over fresh strawberries.

it looks yummy, i will try it at home. i usually eat it directly or i make strawberry juice. it is new to me. thanks shorty

Hi there Shorty 56! I like strawberries too. My favorite was something prepared by my Aunt which was strawberries soaked in condensed milk and lots of ice on top. I love it because it taste sweet and there's a slight tinge of sour taste and the ice makes it so cold and perfect if you want to beat the summer heat.

I like plain, natural strawberries just as they are!! This weekend we had a spinach strawberry salad. It might sound weird, but it's quite good and everytime I bring it to parties, people will gobble it up!! A comment on the sugar . . . I grew up eating strawberries in milk and sugar - sometimes with whip cream on top - I loved it! But these days we don't need the extra sugar in our diet - so au natural is fine with us - especially when strawberries are in season.

To me strawberries with sugar is the best way to eat them, but i have had them over biscuits or yellow cake to make them go further. I am glad that they are finally getting ripe in our area.

I love strawberries with a lot of sugar flavor.. Once my friend gave me when i went to his home for his sister's marriage.. I never forget that sweet in my life... I love a lot...
