i used to take kankunis slimming tea and would curse each and every time i would sit down in the bathroom. you have to do this each and every time you take in anything. even mere water.
anyway, my father has a hard time with his bowel movement and decided to try biguerlai tea. my mother had been talking about it and i just cannot fathom what for since all slimming teas work the same. they also used kankunis and weren't able to stick to it for a long time.
the other day i picked one up one biguerlai in the corner store since i was intrigued and am thinking of giving my father some of this tea as a gift to help a little with the extras in my other family. i never give anything i haven't tried so try i did.
my mother was right. one just has to go to the bathroom twice a day. one trip to the bathroom almost always following the other and that's that. guess next time constipation comes by or i want to feel like am losing weight i'd grab this tea.

Thanks for this discussion teach. I have been tempted to buy this product but having heard many negative feedbacks from Kankunis kept me from doing so.
On the first take, does it cause painful cramps and LBM? I'm still okay with that as long as it does not cause the same thing as Kankunis. Like you said, you feel sick almost everytime you take in something,

it does entail the usual stomach cramps but in a way it's a blessing in disguise to get one in the bathroom at once in the morning. the second bowel movement happens a little while later in the form of lbm. but that's about it. after the second bowel movement there's no more trips to the bathroom with the regular food intake you're used to.

FYI!!!
slimming tea and pills is not good in weight management(lose weight)
because they often interfere with the normal body's functions.
How? slimming tea is work by eliminating your body fluids not fats. so you will lose electrolytes that will lead to dehydration. Yes you lose weight but your body is sacrifice from wrong perception of losing weight. based on the article i read this is unhealthy...additional info. don't cut down food when doing a diet because you also cut down the nutrients that your cells needed. to attain a healthy is to follow these: eat a balance diet (fruits and veggies), do physical activities(keep active), stress management, food supplementation( multi-vitamins) and no bad habits...you should choose your food based on glycemic index( if you are not familiar with this one, try to search in the internet). this will help you more in choosing the right food for your family...I recommend to take food supplements like USANA products because it is the best food supplements in the world. it is science based fomula and it is pharmaceutical grade not food grade. this is the website www.usana.com check this one i hope it will help you. if you have any questions just send me a message. thanks
