School

School is important for the basic fact that it prevents people from walking around and being ignorant. Yes, there is some stuff that you will learn that you will never actually need to know, but there is a lot of stuff that helps you in one way or another. And it helps prepare people for whenever they move on to start focusing on their career. If someone were to try to go into ANY career with no education, they would fail miserably.

I think in grade school and high school you don't know what you will o not will be yet so they give you all possible basic skill you can learn so that when you choose what you want to be you already have some knowledge. And even if you might not need some of the things they teach it increase your ability to learn.
