T-Mobile Google G1 phone - anyone have it?

I recently bought a new-ish T-Mobile Google G1, in black. I have no REAL complaints but I've decided to go back to my Blackberry Curve 8520 because I was sick of how quickly the G1's battery ran out - even when I dimmed the screen, limited internet use, and had it set to idle after only about 30 seconds of me not using it. My one big complaint (and I've heard many similar things about the iPhone) is just how quickly the battery drains. You are pretty much screwed if you forget to bring the charger with you..Anywhere you go. Besides that, though, I was relatively happy with the G1. I kind of liked the touch screen capabilities, although don't really dig the QWERTY slide-out keyboard. The camera was OK. I liked the different apps you can download (much like facebook) - some being very useless ("drums") and others being very entertaining ("Spades - the card game"). After using this phone for about six months, I'm just not really happy overall with the idea of a phone doing SO much, the battery going SO quickly, and the general idea of touch screen. I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem (with the battery), or any other problem with your G1. What do you think of the phone in general?
