if we grow more trees then rains will also come quickly and should not waste the water like never remain on the tap while brushing the teeth or making beared or washing clothes.

Hmm..
Do you have tools to build a well? Try using a "Diving rod" to find water under ground. Then dig to it. Look up diving rod if you don't know what it is. Easy to make. and heard it does work.
Also another idea. Make some type of rain catcher. Assuming it does rain there.
Get one big container like a barrel or bigger. Then make a funnel on the top, like with a tarp,or similar. and of course boil the rain water if it's for drinking.
Then when it rains, you get free water.

Dear Kiran
India is great country and it has a typical environment. You will find every thing in india. Never worry I know you may suffer from water but same time it is true that all people are living peace fully. Rain is the main source water and many more rivers are there. So better let us become good man.By which we can change our living style.

I'm interested in if near these unprovided places, there are sources of water? Conversely, it just misses such a source (like river, lake, etc..).
If it's the first case, there is a source, but is not provided water in the built-up areas, I think the government should help with money for creating a water-supply(All the people in this need should creat a big subscription for example). Or if the government doesn't help the residents would try to collect together funds and creat it.
If there is no source, maybe should gather the water from rain. If this does not help, then you should try to move to better place. I don't know what would help more in this situation.
