Your dogs need vitamins a lot, my dog had the same problems and sometimes he would sit sadly apart from the other dog because he felt something going wrong with him, you should consult a veterinary very soon, he/she will be in a better position to help you out, and yeah there is nothing great to worry as your Pomeranian will be back to normal.

Hi yathini, Hair loss is caused due to many reasons such as lack of vitamins, minerals or iron in the body, age, pollution, heredity, stress, lack of sleep, hormonal imbalance and illness. The first step to stop dog hair loss is to access your dog's skin. If you believe that dry skin or open sores are the cause of your dog hair loss, it is time to consult with your veterinarian. The veterinarian, can run a battery of test on your dog to see if a larger health issue is causing your dog to shed excessively. Some of the most common causes of dog hair loss are mange or a vitamin deficiency. Both can easily be treated once a cause is established. I hope this help you.

In addition to all of the items above, your pets food may be playing a role in his excessive sheding also. By increasing the quality of the pet food you are feeding him you may not have to supplement him with alot of vitamins. What brand of dog food do you currently feed? On the list of ingredients is the first item corn or corn meal? If so I would start by looking at the food first. This will be the most economic thing to change without alot of medicines.
