Everything is good with him but just that he snores when he sleeps, he does not let me sleep at all at night, I tried many things but in vain so any one here who can give a solution to this problem?

Is he overweight? This can be an issue with obese individuals. My boyfriend was carrying a little excess weight, and his snoring more or less stopped when he lost 5 stone. He still snores every now and again, but I find that rubbing his back makes him stop. I honestly don't know how that works, but I do it again and again, and it does seem to stop him at least long enough to give me the chance to get to sleep.

Probably it's also best to keep advising not to smoke too much. it won't be bad now but in the future it will be.

It is good that you both sleep togeter invariably. My advice to you is not to give him time to sleep. Let him be busy. See that he is busy.

And you mean to say that I go to sleep before him? Well I have tried this one but then in the middle of the night my sleep is broken because of him.

Hi med! It would be better to consult an ENT specialist for your friend's snoring. S/he would prescribe a suitable treatment/medication for snoring problem. I know it could be troublesome and the fellow who snores does not know that he was snoring in his sleep and was disturbing others.

The solution would be that you sleep before your boyfriend do. Once your asleep, you won't hear your boyfriend snoring. The other solution would be to frighten him by snoring lowder than him, But it is not advised to do so... ;-)

Even if I go to sleep before him, my sleep will be disturbed in the middle of the night because of the noise he makes. I think I must put something in his mouth then I am afraid if he is choked with that thing and matters get worst.:-(

I have read one response telling you about rubbing his back, I think you should try doing that. This will help. Don't try to put anything in his mouth..

That's too simple... If he snores you just push his head to another place. Maybe he is still asleep, but he usually don't snore any more...
