Prisoners rights

How come prisoners have so many rights when victims have so few. They complain about everything and anything and victims get forgotton. How do we change this to make the ground at least even, if not centered on victims rights?

actually some are really accused guilty and couldn't defend because of lack of evidences and even they get old in prison it was not proven that they are not guilty that's why being in a crime really needs lawyer to defend you whether you are guilty or not.

I couldn't agree more, the defence of most is pitiful at best but if everyone in prison who said they were not guilty got let off the prisons would be empty. Sometimes a minority suffer to defend the majority. No one ever said life is fair, not that I know of anyways, but I am talking about proven, convicted, criminally minded offenders.
