Admin earn from his/her own site

Among the PTC site that I register, there is one which shows that the admins/mods also earn from the site. Within its forum is clearly show that they have many refferals (even thousand), some did not even have it at all. The same thing of them is that they've paid more than other members. The other thing I can see from the forum is admins/mods get paid faster than other members.
Though I still believe that tis site is legit, it's something unusual for me. What do you think??

I believe you speak about Gagabux. Or neobux. Either way, it's done to both. These are not the owners of the sites. They are moderators. That means that someone like YOU gain the privileges to moderate the FORUM
It doesn't mean that they can control your payments, the referrals, etc.
