Plum is a natural source of vitamins C, A, B2, beta-carotene and potassium. Plum good consumed by those who want to diet, because has high fiber. Benefit another from plum is can reduce symptoms of fever, flu, asthma, heart disease, stroke, arthritis and cancer. Not only that, prunes also helps absorb the iron in the body and is useful as a natural laxative. This fruit often used as candied, so this another way to eat plum, if you bored

I agree with the too many warning, they can irritate your tummy and the little kids too. But add them to breads and pancakes, very tasty! Also, we are a Juicing family and these are just delicious. You can add Apples to help balance the amount of bathroom visits! Apples are part of the BRAT diet and helps with loose stools that the plums may create!

As you have already heard plums are full of vitamins and like most fruit contain antioxidants and these fight what they call free radicals, in other words boost your immune system, normalizes your blood-sugar level that helps weight loss, lowers cholesterol, protects the intestines contains fibre and helps with iron absorption.
I would like to warn you though that to many plums will give you diarrhea, which may be good once a week as it flushes out all the bad stuff in your system but on a daily basis will make you sick.
So enjoy them but not to much.
