Yes, I made money using craigslist. I actually sold used books over there and made some good money. The problem with craigslist is that it is filled with spam. I once tried to buy car from there but people hardly ever responded to my emails. Also I noticed the stuff sold there usually has some sort of bad defect. But I also saw some people who were selling their handmade earrings there. I thought they were expensive.
You have to research aggressively to know what you can sell there and earn a decent income. It can be a little hard. But selling used items found in the house shouldn't be a problem.

As of now, I have a couple of things that I'm currently selling on craigslist. Things I know could fetch some money but would be too big of a pain in the hinder to eBay. As of yet, I have no bites. If it does work out I'll utilize it more often. It's easier to sell locally on craigslist for free than have to auction on eBay and ship things out.

I look craiglist to help look for a job and a apartment in near future, but I found out that lot of people have use it for protuition. Also got lot alot of trouble with the authories in their area. But never thought of getting a second some extra income with it. Look into alot more before using it and making money of it because you never know about it ok.

hilillybelleydaisyRose we used some movers from CraigsList and they did not know a thing about moving, we werereally disappointed with them.
they charged way too much for what they did and they just piled our belonging in storage any old way. I do not think they were at all professional movers. I have never tried CraigsList to make money however'
but I am sure some of us mylotters will come up with some help.

You can use Craigslist to post services you'd like to offer. That would be one way to earn money. When I say services the things that come to mind are babysitting, house cleaning, pet sitting, house sitting, etc. I can't think of any other ways for you to actually bring in some income using Craigslist unless you use it to look for a job. There are tons of jobs posted on Craigslist that you can check out. If you have some items to sell you could post them there as well. Craigslist has lots of great opportunities!
