Today twitter is overcapacity.Do you find it?

Now I am trying to sign in to Twitter, but I am getting message..Twitter is over capacity,Too many tweets!please wait a moment and try again..Why these kind of social networks allowing huge number of peoples to create their accounts if they cant have that kind of capacity..

yeah im experience that too in the past but.. now i have registered with tweeter without problems i love their system.. " the follow and the followed" hehe.. its very unique. and i can search for my favorite celebrity there that is why i want to make tweeter.. anyway regardless of the capacity i hope they buy a new server so that they can make there users happy

Web servers are expensive, and twitter is a website that is known world wide. It's not as easy as you might think to ensure that your website can handle that much traffic any given day.
It's somewhat of a drawback to being successful. If twitter was seen as an obscure social network that had no shot at competing with the big boys, then it would most likely be online %100 of the time. But because people from all walks of life use it to break news, communicate with friends, and just goof around, you have times where their servers can't handle the load, and the big chubby Fail Whale shows up and ruins the fun.
