Do You Have The Fear Of Getting Old...?

I hope someone can assure me I am not alone in this feeling.....i know this may sound weird...but as of lately progressively getting worst, in the past 3 months i have this abnormal and persistent fear of growing old......death or anything else i am fine with. i just cant face the fact that i am getting old and im only in my thirties, but my life could be half over already and i have so many more things to do.........Ive lost lots of sleep thinking about this.....i just have this anxiety about "aging" in general....i think about the loss of looks in the aging process, the loss of independence, inactivity after retirement, impaired mobility, the onset of disease.......almost to my breaking point.....i know i am still considered young but these thoughts never leave my head..... I know this sounds crazy.... Does anybody have the same feelings and fears.....?
