I am a chinese user,applications,I once for PP account pay $3.25have half a month,but now,I have not receive money,do not what is wrong?

Hi Leli, Doesnt sound well ask someone near for help they will guide you, your amount in Paypal account should be high only then they will pay you.Small money they will transfer you will have to wait for the fund to grow.
