No, but several people have figured out this amount, and it does seem to match up with how many images I post. The Guidelines are at the lower right of the screen, hope that helps! Or you can search keywords.

Yes if they accept the photo. I have found since they did the new update you do not get all photos accepted. So now I do not use them.
