Have you work at Korean company?

I will go to work at Korean company next week, It is Hankook Tire. I worked at one Korean company 2 years ago, but that was in Qatar, my Korean office is very nice, and took care me. I saw many friends said how bad is the korean company on the web, I dont know what will happen in this new company, have you work at Korean company? and what is your thought?

I don't know if the company I worked before can be qualified as Korean company but anyway, I worked for a Korean School before as an English teacher. I enjoyed the job because I have a Filipino manager. The process of the school just s*cks. I never liked it. The way the run the business never gave an employee satisfaction to me and to my colleagues. Our salary was never on time and they always question us of the way we work. The impression that leaves me with the employment is that, they just care of their own benefit. No offense to other Koreans, I have good students and I really enjoy teaching them. It's just I think with the culture on how they run their business.

Yeah, some said they are stingy, and the culture same like japanese company, thank for share, I will try it, I think it could not be so bad since it a famous big company.
I am gratduated from Normal college, but I dont like to be a teacher, many of my classmates complain to me how boring and tire being a teacher, I told them because you dont like the job, if you do, you will enjoy it. a little out of the topic, anyway, hope you happy everday.

Lol... I so much agree of that. I'm not a teacher in profession but I tried to become one just for the sake of earning extra. It's a part time job. I agree, they stink! Anyway, just give it a try. You'll never know. Just like other cultures, we have differences. Hopefully you will get lucky and you'll enjoy working on that company.
