this is great thank you for this simple instruction on weight loss, well the best part of your instruction is the last because I always do it, I like to have a fit body but I always cheat my self so I guess from now on I try to not cheat my self.

That sounds like pretty good advice for every one, whether they want to lose a few pounds or not! I try to do most of these myself. I really do need to lose about 10 pounds though.
