When you earn extra money, what do you guys do with it?

I am trying to save enough money to have a great vacation and buy some stuff that I need and also to add from our daily expenses.

I typically re-invest about half of it back into my internet endeavors. The other is just all my other money - pay those bills.

My goal when I started last year was to make extra money to put towards things that needs to be done around the house...like I want to put in hardwood floors, we need to put in new closets in the house, we need to redo the bathroom....etc. However, my hubbys work slowed down and my money helps to go towards bills, groceries or gas... I dont make much extra...like $30.-50 a month so it goes fast and I dont get the opportunity to save any right now towards things I want done around the house....but at least I can say it has helped with we run out of milk and I have that extra cash on me to help out with....or when hubby says he needs gas money and I can help out by giving him something so at least I feel like I am helping with my little extra for now. I would like to come across something that I could make more and really help out with bills and doing things around the house but for now I will take what I can. Happy Mylotting.

I have been earning online for over 10 years. So I do the normal things ..pay bills, go grocery shopping and I am saving for Christmas

For me i think i earn online because i want to make life a little inexpensive for myself and save up for a master's degree in the U.S. what about u?

Extra money from here, I save to buy some software I need. Like software for making digital book, that I want to share.

For the last couple years, all my internet money has gone into investments. I don't do a lot on-line, but whatever I do I put into my Sharebuilder account and buy stocks with it. It's really cool when I actually gain money in my investments!

For now, I'm using it to pay household expenses. I know that in due time, all my efforts will pay off. With larger earnings, I'll be able to make most of my dreams come true which is to provide good education for my kids and build a nice home for my family and parents. Good expensive vacation every now and then will be nice as well.

I earn money from writing reviews for websites, doing online surveys and product testing. If I get paid in Amazon vouchers for £5-£10, I usually spend it on DVDs as I collect those and enjoy watching films. Sometimes I buy books and CDs too. Otherwise, at the moment, I am saving money from my online work to save up to go to Doctor Who events, theatre trips and to watch gymnastics competitions.

Well truth be told I'm not trying to earn some extra money in fact I'm trying to generate some income for myself by my own capability. A lot of people are trying to get extra income but I'm just trying to be independent. It is enough that my parents have look after me so many years and it's high time I look after myself as well as look after them. So if you guys have any good recommendations please do let me know. Well, as for me I am not so concerned with extra money but as long as I have enough. It suffices for me to have no debt to pay or the money I earn should not give me the sense "Ill got, ill spent." I dread going to the bank every pay day and pour three quarter of my income into the mouth of that hungry machine...it swallows my money mercilessly... But then if I had extra (a lot of) money I would travel the whole world. First I would like to revisit Keele University in North Sraffordshire, England where I studied sociology, where the 6 towns celebration is held yearly...oh they are the beautiful potteries towns...and then I would go to Europe by the Eurochannel...so u see how much money can do to us.

I'm saving it for my car and bills when it time adding more to it. I love doing everytime when I use it and it great. I'm trying get my friends to do this as well, so they make a little extra money on their spare time and relaxing on the computer. Trust me I was wondering that when I ask people too when I ask my friends too. Do worry I do the same too.

i think this question has got no weightage of inportance heree.bcoz money haas not got its specific usee.it is used in eevery day of our life for evvery requirement. as far i am concerned i keep saving money and simultaneouly use as the requirement arises.

I am using the Dollars earned from the internet for paying mainly my net expenses. For example, if I want to upgrade the membership in a good site , I will use this money from my paypal or alertpay as it is required. As I am from India, I don't have a domestic Dollar account. My account is in Indian rupees. That money I cannot use for international use. Further some times I withdraw the money from paypal to my Indian rupee account also.

I'm saving up for a trip to Disney for after I graduate, which is next May. I wanna splurge a bit on the hotel and stuff, so I want to make some extra money. But I don't know about that right now. It depends on how much I end up making.

i try to earn online to add to my savings. as much as possible i dont use them except for emergencies but i have used it once to pay for an item on ebay! cheers and happy myLotting!

Well I haven't earned any money before so I would be really stoked to get my first payment. I hope to work everday on mylot to build up. This really seems substantial way to earn. MY first use for the money that I make your be to purchase a 21st bday gift for my boyfriend :) and hopefully I can get enough money to cash out on time for it!
