whats your best place to watch movies................???

We watch movies on the big screen only if it has great special effects. We would watch it in 3D. It is expensive though. If not, then we just buy cds then watch them at home. Sometimes at home is more convenient since you don't need to dress up and pay a lot just to enjoy it. You just simply be yourself, sit on the sofa, prepare snacks and voila, ENJOY!

The main thing is that I love films at all so I don't care of the surrounding environment.Most of the time I watch films alone at home but if I have the proper company for a film I love going to the cinema or even in some friend's house.Wherever I go I am mainly interested in the plot and if it is intriuguing enough so to catch me the place is not important any more.

I must admit that theatre is the best place to watch movies. however, watching movies at theatres are pretty expensive. i would rather use the money to do some grocery shopping than spend it to a 1 and half hour movie. i have learned how to prioritize things when partner and i had our own pad. everything we need to survive everyday living in our one bedroom condominium unit always comes first such as rent, association dues, internet bills, electricity and water bills, food, medicines, etc... we just buy dvd copies at bf homes or watch online. it doesn't matter whether we watch movies on big screen or not, the more important thing is we are together..

If my budget is tight of course i can't watch in big screen. But i have my favorite place to watch movies. That is my room with my portable dvd. I want to watch alone because i feel more comfortable and i can focus on the story without being disturbed by other. Although my portable dvd has a small screen its alright for meas long as the copy is clear.

Hi, Generally,during the working days,i don't get time for movies.But when weekend i prefer to go to any multiplex to watch any of good movies.Well,you have discussed about torrent sites.Is it risk free to download any movie from there?Will you suggest me some sites like that please?

me too! And on tv as well. I have downloaded movies from torrent but most movies require player or wmv plug ins that are hard to use. I downloaded one but still didnt work out.

I have a full hd monitor at home. I buy HD movies and watch it at home. I prefer this method. Most of the latest flicks are released in HD versions. Otherwise also i prefer to watch at home. Alone or with friends i don't mind, but while i am watching the movie, no disturbances or diversions.. I like to watch and enjoy the movie to the very depth. Happy mylotting !

I prefer to watch movies at the cinema if it is something I really want to see with one of my favorite actors. Sometimes, if I am bored, and want to see a movie, but don't really want to waste the money going to a cinema (incase the movie is no good), then I will watch it online. I never download movies to my computer, because I don't want to take the chance that I am doing something illegal, and lose my internet (where I live, the internet companies are allowed to cancel your internet service if you are found "pirating" movies, and they consider downloading certain movies as pirating) Also I watch a movie online if I can't get to a cinema but really want to see a movie. For example, when Eclipse comes out I'll be watching it online, because I can barely walk now without being in pain due to my pregnancy, but I REALLY want to see Eclipse, so I have no choice to watch it online, or wait till it comes on dvd, and I don't want to wait lol

well am more relax watching at home but i also like the big screen of the theaters.

I used to watch movie on cinema hall only but in the first week. and If I missed that one I will download the movie or i will watch the movie on CD or TV.

well, once in a while i watch movies in the cinemas where its not that crowded. lately though i have been watching movies i downloaded here in my computer. not only movies but tv shows too! cheers and happy myLotting!

I still like movies to go and watch at theaters. Since I am a movie freak I love to watch movies anywhere anytime. But at big screens, an environment is created wherein all the people forget their tensions and are looking forward to enjoy. I can feel the enthusiasm and zeal filled in the air and that's what I like the most of it. I really love the atmosphere there and I would love to go again and again to theaters to experience that.

well i love watching movies on theater but at this time i only watch when the movie is block buster or its interesting to watch. its really enjoying watching on big screen with your friends, love ones,even your family. well i use too download too when i have time but my computer going crazy when i got lots of download lol ^^

If you ask me the best place to watch movies is in the safety of your home but if you have a home theatre with sense surround that is much better. I am satisfied to watch movie at home. I also watch downloaded film, it is good to know that we will not have to pay for theatre to watch there, we can download movies on the net and watch it at the comfort of our home.

theater off course. that is the best place, but there is a time that i can't afford to buy the ticket. so i just watch it on my own TV and DVD. it is not as god as we see in theater, but money is a always being a problem

I haven't watched a movie on the "big screen" since The Postman came out. It's just way to expensive and I refuse to spend my money that way when I can enjoy the same movie at home with the rest of my family for $5 or less!!

All cinema halls in my city are closed now, becoz very few went to see movies, all like to see in a DVD player, i am not fund of movies, i watch old hindi movies on sundays in my DVD player.. Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Professor

I also like to watch a good movie on a big screen... it kind of makes it seem better... but I do not go to the cinema, unless I am treating my kids as it is expensive these days, and not only that I get annoyed with people making a noise, and forever getting up and down out there seats.. generally these days I prefer to sit in my own house and watch a movie on my own tv which is 42" lcd, so big enough, and at least that way I have the comfort, and no noise from other people!!
