Blod relations

I Just want to know that if Blood relations are everything.If yes There are no topic for discussion but if no plz reply me what is the place of other relationships.like wife,mother who just take care for the son or look after their son without being their own relation with son.
Plz reply for this discussion.Even if your answer is yes as it is very impotant to know the place of blood relationship in life.

Blood relationships are very important. My daddy adopted me so that's not technically "blood related." My siblings are half blood related I suppose. But we are family. Blood matters when it comes to genetic diseases and such, but other than that,it's the concept of family that matters.

First of all I want to clear mother also comes under blood relation. and for me other then blood relation also matters,like friend which is very important relation in my life. Friends a lot matters in my life.
