dont know what to do

hi everyone.....just recently i asked for your help regarding my predicament...and again now im in a new predicament...while still connected with my current job, i applied for another company but i let them know tht im still currently working in a company and if hired then i will render my resignation....and fortunately i passed so i render my resignation letter with 15 days notice...i passed it may 15 and effective date is may 30....our operations manager didnt approve it and i need to render 30 days notice so it makes the effective date of my resignation june 15 so i talked to our operations manager and begged her to take consideration..according to her she cant allow me to resing with just 15 says notice due to shortage of staff because right now we are understaff and the soonest that she can allow me to resign will be june 10...i informed the company that just got me hired about this and they offer me options to go on working with them but in the end will make my record in the current company i work bad since it will end up me leaving without being properly cleared....what should i do....guys give me advice...i need your opinion...

This is an odd situation. First, you should have documentation that you submitted your resignation in a timely manner and a manager decided not to process it. You should go to your manager's supervisor with copies of any documentation that you have and ask that you be properly cleared and that you receive it in writing.
