Dish soap works great to clean both carpets and teddy bears. SOS pads work wonders for cleaning walls and various odds and ends around the house. A mixture of Vinegar and Water to clean the windows, to reduce the risk of streaks clean your windows on a very cloudy day, not when the sun is bright and shiny. Lysol Spray on all of the beds once a week keeps them from getting a musty scent (especially when you have small children).

hi LillyBelleDaisyrose I putthe things I need to clean my roomw in a carryall then just take it room by room and its all there the things that I will use. I like to use baking soda as a deodorant for smellyshoes and smelly refrigerators too. It is also a good cleaner and anti stinky cleaner,it shines things up nicely.

Personally i like ammonia. It is cheap, cuts grease. If an electric stove with drip pans is baked on, put into zipped bag, add ammonia and let sit a few hours. It can now be cleaned quite easily.

Hello! I'm a busy mom of 4 active, athletic and sometimes smelly kids. What helps our home feel fresh and still stay as "green" and organic as possible (not as easy in the suburbs) is to use Tea Tree Oil. Head to your local Health Food store or Nutrition Center and buy the largest bottle you can find. They run about $14 but it's worth it! Buy a little on if unsure. It will last at least 6 months. I bought (3) 12-20 oz. pretty spray bottles and fill them with water. Add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of tea tree oil and enjoy the green cleaning! My youngest daughter can help with any wood furniture cleaning and we love to use it on the kitchen countertops too! It's a safe deoderizer, astringent and can even get rid of RING WORM. Believe me I tried it on her tummy and it worked in a day! More tea tree oil tips to come!
