Inner or Outer Beauty?

Whether, it is finding the ideal companion in life or a friend. Which of the two, do you value most? Inner or outer beauty? Inner beauty refers to the characters and traits of a person while outer beauty refers to the physical outlook of a person. Which do you prefer and what is your opinion?

Having outer beauty is important but if I were to choose I would rather choose inner beauty. Inner beauty could not be bought and it doesn't fade away unlike the outer beauty, beauty just fades away. She/he will become ugly sooner or later. I would rather be a person who is not beautiful but treats me right rather than being with the most beautiful person but hurts me constantly.

Inner beauty is obviously the most important thing in a person. And i can even say that when we see the inner beauty in a person also the physical appearance of that person seems better to us.
Physical beauty is subjective and can be influenced by the overall judgment we have of that person in a sort of halo effect.
