Summer Vacation!

We are heading to the foothills of North Carolina and dream of white water rafting...can anyone give our family of 6 (ages 5-15) 4 kids a few good tips and places to go? We will be close to Boone, NC. Thanks!

I am not quite sure what they're is to do around Boone, North Carolina. I'm sorry I can't be of much help, but I saw this sitting here, and thought someone must be able to help. I am from NC, and there are several places around me that you could, but it's not all that near to Boone, so sorry again.
