Do you enjoy your job? Or do you go just because you have to have a job to go to? Your attitute towards your job can often have a great bearing on how you feel once you get there. If you really enjoy your job and are feeling this way it may have to do with the air flow in your office. Try placing a small fan on your desk to increase air movement. Also, try going to be a half hour earlier. From what you have written you are getting plenty of sleep; but sometime a change in your routine will help. Best of luck to you.

That is your bodies response to being force to do something that your mind says it really doesn't want to do. The only way to get around this is to either find something that you like more or set your mind as this is a good thing and you are going to enjoy it. Otherwise your feelings of tiredness are not going to improve.

You said you went to bed at 11 pm and got up at 7 am, which means you slept about 8 hours a day. Such length of sleep is quite enough for an adult. How about the quality of your sleep? Do you often wake up in the midnight? Do you often have dreams during your sleep? If the answer is yes, you'd better go to hospital and consult the doctor.

maybe you don't enjoy your job. that's what happen to me, i lose interest so i fell sleepy and tired all the time. but what i do is drink an energy drink before coming for work. it usually perks me up. but there are days when it just cannot do the trick.

You know now I am renting a house with my college dormmate and almost everynithg she comes back after 10 because her job finishes at about 9:30.And that time I am ready to sleep but she will do her things so I cant sleep well and in the morning I dont want to get up even though I has woken up.

If you are just new with the routine, getting up early on the morning, then maybe you are not used to it yet, that is why you tend to be sleepy everytime you go to work. Or maybe you are just not a morning person, like me. Ever since I was a child, I could not stay up early in the morning, I always feel sleepy, and until now, I still feel sleepy whenever I wake up early. Maybe drinking coffee will help you stay awake in the morning.

Maybe as what you said I am not a morning person .you know ewhen I was a student ,the teacher asked we students to study to remember something in the morning ,some can do it ,but I was the one who cant remember because I was so sleepy every morning. Msybe now what I should do is just to go to bed little earlier .

You could try going to bed a half hour to an hour earlier and see if it is simply your body telling you you are not getting quite enough sleep. It could also be a Medical problem, talk to your doctor and have them check to make sure you don't have sleep apnea. Also make sure you are getting the correct amount of vitamins and minerals.

There may be two possibilities why people may feel sleepy in office. 1. they are under rested and 2. they do not like their job. In your case you said you sleep from 11 PM to 7 Am. 8 hours sleep should be sufficient for normal healthy adult. IF your health is normal and if you are getting sound sleep during those 8 hours, you can not be under rested. If your work is not as per your liking and you get bored doing your work, it may happen that you may feel sleepy when at work. If the environment/climate at work place is not hygienic then also there is a possibility that one may feel sleepy at work place. I never felt sleepy in my work place. Try to take interest in your work, in environment is not conducive for work, try to change it to suit you if u can.If you are not getting sound sleep consult the doctor.
