do you have any unusual exercises?

hi fellow mylotters! I lost 3 and a half inches off my waist. How? Well some find it unusual that I actually dance in the bathroom in parallel to how much I eat. Mostly though I dance for an hour and lift weights after and then push-ups and sit-ups. I was just thinking that if people find my exercise routine unusual, are there more unusual exercise routines out there? what's yours?

Select an exercise pattern to suit your life style. All of us have different life styles and professions so there is no sense in trying to follow the book strictly. Try and follow an exercise routine that is suitable for you. You have to understand that even more important than the exercise it is sticking to it. So unless you choose something that can suit your life style, you are not going to stick on to it.

Well, I have enrolled in the gym for three weeks now and I think I am getting good results already. I do weights mostly and some floor exercises to make the tummy area firm. I do not really go for the unusual routine. I'd rather stick to effective and simple routines.

I am sorta like you with my routine but I use a few dvd work out routines all by beach bodies. P90x, Hip Hop Abs, Cha Lean and Insanity. I try to mix them up so I don't get real comfortable but I do wanna get ready to just go to strictly P90X. When I am not working out I might drop down and do 10 sit-ups and than 10 push-ups, or do movements to tighten my mid section. In the shower I shadow box in the hot steamy water, maybe do some small ab routine. I got my ways but I also have lost close to 40 lbs since the end of Feb.

Well i dont really have an exercise routine (yet) but i could already tell you that mine will probably come out more stranger than your. I usually have the habit of randomly dancing out of nowhere let alone just the shower. Your routine from what i've heard is pretty good. I hope i end up making at least an OK exercise routine and not a bad one.
