brace your teeth, or not?

I've had my teeth braced because I have an overbite. Personally I could have cared less about it, and would have prefered to leave my teeth as is. Perfection has not appealed to me, However, its her world. Though personally wishing to ware braces to look "cute" isn't exactly something I want to consider really. That's way beyond vain. Most people I know who had them concered them a turn-off and people feared it would turn off others as well. I don't begain to know what goes on their heads nor do I care too.and I don't care to understand why. I just am not for that kind of thing I suppose.

I have braces because i don't have a great set of teeth and if only i had a choice i'd rather not have it on. Aside from its really inconvenient for years as you can't eat hard foods it also gives you mouth sore or sometimes due to poking wires and oftentimes it irritates your lips.

Braces, I think should only be used for people with serious dental problems, like really crooked teeth. They don't look cute on all people, just a few people. Most people they look goofy on. And they can damage your teeth. I've known a few people who had their teeth damaged from braces. In the areas they attach the braces to the teeth, and also from the braces rubbing on the teeth. It scratches off the enamel, and makes it easier for plague to attack the teeth. If you don't have to use braces, then don't.

I don't go for braces just because it is cute. My teeth is in horrible shape and I want to go for braces. It is very expensive in my place and I don't have the money for it right now. I have to wait, collect money, and go for it. Also, I am in the process of changing my job. I will wait to see if I can get a job which gives insurance coverage for braces.

braces are only for those who have problem with their teeth like if the teeth is not line up together or if theres spaces in betwee, besides the doctor will not give them braces if theres nothing wrong with the teeth, braces will last for years and it will not be taken off until the teeth will be fully align, maybe shes asking for a retainer, a retainer is just for display and you can take it off any time of the day. i used to have that during college but it ruins my lips coz it will push up your lips and sometimes if you already have nice teeth it will ruin your teeth and make brushes through it. retainers nor braces is not really good, they smell not good, i cant imagine kissing a guy with retainers as i already know how their mouth smell.

I don't think girls look cute with braces especially when being kissed. Braces should be used to align the teeth, nothing more.

I will agree that braces make certain peoples' features better looking. Such as they fit the face or make the teeth straight. But to enhance your look because "it looks cute" is not right. People are vain these days, and from what that sounds like is she is looking for the wrong kind of attention. Instead of seeing the beauty within or the natural beauty on the outside, she is trying to enhance her looks. The same goes for cosmetic surgery. If she did her research she would see that braces are rough on the mouth, painful at times and if you don't brush your teeth or take care of your mouth, you could have permanant white spots where the cement was applied for the brackets, not to mention they aren't cheap. On top of the permanant stains is the cost for bleaching. So for about $5900, is it really necessary to "look cute"?

Hi. ajawrites. When I had braces on, I wanted them off of my teeth so bad! I did not want them. I did not think that having them made me look cute. I was cuter without having them on. If anything the metal braces makes me look less desirable. I would rather just have the invisible braces on my teeth instead.

the reason why braces look cute, at least most of the time, is the person who has it is usually one who is capable of putting together himself or herself a lot better than the others because of financial reasons. other than that it is something those would very unaligned teeth would resort to. they say the pain is unimaginable. not to mention that sometimes you'd get puss from too tight braces or plain infection. there is nothing cute in that.

braces are not made just to become a person to look more desirable. braces are made just to make the teeth more better if it is not in good form. i dont like braces really. there is no problem in my teeth so i think that i don't need those braces.
