what is best traffic exchange site?

for the past 1 week i am looking for a site with 1:1 ratio exchange and time internal of 5-10 sec, until now i have found only easyhits4u which is 1:1 ratio and 20 sec timer. are they any site with timer 5-10 seconds.......

yes it is the best site, but timer is 20sec i am looking for sites with lesser timer.

I suggest you go to trafficexchangelist.com/list and then explore the list of traffic exchanges there. You will see a list TE's ranked from number 1 to number 999 (almost 1,000). It is a good resource. You will see their ranks, ratio, timer, commission rat, rotators, and alexa ranking.
