I was born a food lover which contributed to my round exterior. I love to eat, it's just that I'm kinda lazy that's why I'm obese. But I'm changing that now and doing step aerobics and weight lifting at home. I just hope my self-control won't budge now that I'm dieting.

Hmmmm??? Maybe I have a few tips. Eat only when you are hungry and not when you are supposed to. When you do eat, eat real slow. It takes time for your body to tell you that you are full. Eating slow means you will eat less overall. Keep hydrated. Sometimes hunger is just thirst. When I get hungry, sometimes I do something that keeps me busy. When I'm busy, i don't think about eating. Idle and I'll eat you out of house and home. Eat fresh foods. The process foods seem to just make a person hungry. It's almost like the food manufacturers are putting something in them. Whole grain calories are less somehow than others. Exercise at the same time everyday. Your body will know it's coming and gear up for it. What burns the most calories in a person is maintaining body temperature. When jogging in the cold, don't dress so warmly. Get your sleep. Whew!! Hope this helps some. Consult that doctor before doing anyone's diet. You can make it!!

Its really okay to eat as long as you burn them. Go out, do some cardio exercises and eating will no longer be a problem.

When you're weight training you'll eat up twice to thrice as much so you shouldn't restrict yourself from eating. You'll eventually get thin though so don't worry about it.

Hey maxen...how you doin' girl? Believe it or not, I was a plus size girl once too. And now, well..let's just say that I lost a lot of weight and I successfully kept them off. Here's what you do, you don't have to do all those crazy things like weight lifting. Girl, you have to lower your weight first before you try to tone it down. It's easier that way. Eat more, with less quantity. Do aerobics? That's good. Or better yet, do cardio. It strengthens everything up and makes you lose weight. Dance..that's good cardio work out. Self control? More like discipline babe...If you have that, you're good to go

Controlling ones' self is the hardest thing to do. But it is infact doable. All you need is discipline and determination in doing so. Good luck on your dieting plans. hopefully you will maintain that control.
