My computer is in the middle here of updating so I will try to post this then get off from here, But there are many places where you can make that much in a month. But most places like the ones, that I do you have to be in the US for. I have made over $10 so far this month to my paypal. However, the process of writing and selling ebooks is NOT a way that you will instantaneously make money. To do well selling ebooks you have to be able to market yourself and your book pretty well, and it takes time. Lulu, for instance, is a legit service- I can confirm that they have paid me, and use paypal. However, you don't get your first payment until about six weeks after you publish your ebook. Then you get paid reliably on a monthly basis for all sales within a designated period. Yes, you can make money as a writer of ebooks- but to do it, you should create a blog you post all the time in, interact on social networks, and be patient. Good luck!
