Feeling tired is a sign of inadequate rest or sleep. But why should you feel guilty as soon as you are up in the morning. Is there some incident from the past which is lingering in your mind.If so remove these negative thoughts and look forward to a new day and the umpteen opportunities it might throw up instead of delving into the past.

8 Hours are enough for an adult. If you are a teenager probably you can sleep for 10.If its anxiety or worry why don't you practice meditation as it will calm your mind.Breathing exercises also help.

it's a sign of anxiety though i'm not really sure about it, it's better to consult a doctor or if you like you can talk about it with your best friend or trusted person that can help you find out why you feel that way... Don't be scared, pray it helps.

Hi. kirthy. Maybe something bad is bothering you for you to be feeling this way. If not, you should pray and ask God to restore and renew your mind so that you will be in peace.

Possibly sounds like you may be suffering with depression and anxiety to me. I'm not quite sure why you would feel guilty if you have nothing to be guilty about or ashamed of. I think what you mean is anxiety, get yourself to the doctor.

Hi kirthy, well don't worry even i have this kind of feeling sometimes, it happens when you are over stressed about something, or if you are alone for a long time, or even may be because you are worried about something for too long. Just don't think too much go and get some relaxation time for yourself forgetting your worries. And you will feel better, keep an attitude of ' what may happen, may happen'

we feel tired all the time but i don't understand y are you feeling guilty... feeling tired is a cause of stress from work or from other chores in the house. maybe you should rest more at home or lie on your bed so that you could recover more strength it is the only thing that would help you so that you should not feel tired or guilty perhaps...

Hi Kirthy! Adding up some factors from a few prior discussions of yours I guess you are slightly late in getting up because you are tired and are feeling partly guilty becasue motherinlaw finsihes half the work by herself and you also dread some veiled criticism.Am I right? If so, tell me I will suggest a solution for you.Do you go out to work?

maybe you are depress, you should find someone to talk to and open up your feelings, you may want also to see a doctor to examine your health, some diseases cause depression and vice-versa.

You might have some tension which you cannot deal with or have time to deal with,so maybe you should sit down and write whatever is bothering you and then you can work on it one by one, this is what I do when I have some guilty feelings, I try to find out what and work on it.

There are morning people and then there are evening people. I'm an evening person. Get me up early and I'm slow, dragging around, can't hardly move until about noon when all my guts finally wake up. I can outdo them all til midnight. Morning people are very different people. They love getting up at 4 or 5 in the morning. They are up and at it. They love to exercise or jog that early. Come nightfall, they are ready to go to bed. No need to feel guilty. The world takes all kinds. Evening people are great. They really come in handy when something happens late at night. Those morning people don't have a chance.

Guilty? Maybe it's anxiety you'Re talking about? If so then it's not a problem. The next time you got out of bed just stop thinking for a while and fix yourself. Maybe it's an aftershock of a bad dream. You just need to shrug it off.
