Do you believe that after 6 diet work? Before 6pm we are already having our dinner, because of our early dinner we are having our midnight snack but since i'm getting bigger i don't eat midnight snack anymore, i'm only taking water after our early dinner.

Like all single diets, it wouldn't work for everyone. The idea of it sounds good- since you have to time to burn off the dinner calories you eat on a-count of sleeping. An alternative would be to excercise right ater you wake up in the mornings.

Dieting between the last meal of the day and the first meal of the next day is indeed a remarkably brilliant idea . Eating midnight snacks is an unnecessary and potentially harmful habit. For one thing you have to get up in the night instead of sleeping comfortably the whole night. Secondly body does not require it. It will only help you put on weight leading to obesity.
