odesk is a good one. But you must past the test and compete with other outsourcer. You must improve your skill by taking the test. Many test with a diffrent category, and if you pass it you'll get the big chance.

odesk is a legitimate site also. you could also try data-out-sourcing but you have to pass their qualifications before you could start on.
