Are u happy with your lady boss?

Hello Wong. I'm not stereotyping. I have known a lot of good female supervisors and they really know their stuff. However, being a girl and a bit guilty about it (lol), I prefer to have a male boss most of the time. Probably because, there are times when women get too much overwhelmed with things and they tend to take things seriously or personally. I don't like a boss who talks too much or always walks around. I don't like being checked on to all the time. I feel smothered. I still prefer male supervisors most of the time. They know the boundaries between work and personal matters.

I dont have a lady boss but I guess having a lady boss would be good as well. I think women are more emotional and more concerned about the different concerns others have. I think it would be nice to have a lady boos who's meek and at the same time strict.

i never prefer to have a lady boss... i just hate lady bosses... luckily till now in my life i never had to report to a lady boss.. :)
