How many people here have quit smoking?

I have not smoked now in about 11 yrs. I used to be a Stress smoker back when I did smoke. Over all, I do not miss it at all, and know I Healthier from not doing so.

I havent quit yet but i want to, I think the hardest thing for me is because i habit smoke. Like for example when im on the phone, after i eat, when im at the computer. All these little everyday things triggers me to want to smoke and if i can just replace this habit with somthing better and brake the cycle then i know i can give up smoking. Its willpower all the way i think.

I have 1 yr 3 months ago...Been smoke free ever since...I just decided to quit for my well being and for my kids sake,no medications involved just a lot of love and willpower...Good Luck:)
