Preserving the memories of childhood

The day when you rode your first bicycle and the day we make new friends and so on must be the treasures of our lives. What sort of methods are to be used for keeping them well preserved and bringing them back to our minds?

A few pictures that I have, I keep them in a plastic album for safekeeping as well as put captions on them to help me remember that time.
