Local sectors must be the first priority

I don't know how corruption commences in our country, but I can say that it still exists and it doesn't seem to leave us. Even the local sectors of the government like LTO have a corrupted system running here in our place. I hate to think that this was being exercised by all LTO in the whole country. But come to think of it, accidents in the road could have never happened if these drivers that have applied for their driver license go through the right process of getting theirs. It's sad to think that the law is equivalent to money. I have this friend who applied for his driver's license. He was offered to pay 700 pesos so that he be able to answer his exam correctly, because the answers were being dotted in his paper to ensure he passes the exam. BUt that 700 pesos was just for his testpapers with answers. Payment for the head of the office is a different story as well as the for the fixers inside the said department of the government. How could the government eradicate such acts of its subordinate if it is not given enough attention by the national sector of the country? I think the government must think of an absolute way to eliminate these behaviors. If expulsion of these sharks and alligators are necessary, so be it. It is time that the government exercises its metal hand to ensure the safety and security for the public. It's time that they do something for the people, by the people and to the people.
