I'm Twitting useless at Tweeting, think I'm doing something wrong!!

Hi lotters!!
I don't know about your country, but every time you switch on the TV here people are talking about 'twittering', Tweet and following their Tweet.
I became a 'Twitter' several months ago when it seemed to be 'the thing' to do, I have only ever written two things on it - both stupid and of no use to man nor beast.
I just don't get what all the hype of about with this new craze, I think that I MUST be doing something wrong or completely missing the point of it.
Are any of you twitters or tweeters - I think I am just a TWIT

My son is a big fan of Twitter and uses it every day, but it helps he has an iPhone. I have a Twitter account abnd use it sometimes, maybe a couple of days a week. Usually I like following celebrities on there and seeing what they are up to, also politicians, which I find interesting too.
When I first went on I had heard that Stephen Fry was a big tweeter ( no that is not a euphanism!!@karen1969 (1779)

Yes, Stephen Fry is one of the celebs I follow. Just put the name in the search bit and it should come up.

Hiya chem,
Maybe I am a really big Twit as I cannot see the utility of this thing as I call it. I find it frustrating to try and follow someone as they always start going off on another tangent and I just about have time to write a little on here and I can tell you all last week trying to post on here was really difficult. So you see lass I must be the biggest TWIT of em all our kid.

i am just same as you.I joined it few months ago.then i was confused what to do with it! i like the targeted research of people.which twitter dosnt offer! so i left it! i only followed few specially one drama artist! she is very hot :) but after few days i left twitter!
