Is dog is better than cat?

Hi! For me, dogs are definitely a lot better than cats. Well, that's for me, I don't know what is best for you. Cats just creeps me out. I'm always scared that they would scratch me or something. I like dogs more, they're like a man's best friend. Dogs are really sweet. :) And also, dogs can be a guard for your home. So, i think dogs are better for homes. :)

It depends on your circumstances. Dogs require a lot fo attention, they need daily walking- whatever the weather. They also require alot of attention in the home, they can be very demanding, and they can be like having a child!!! A cat is very independant, they don't require as much hands on attention, most are "outdoor" cats, and they will go out when they please, and come back when they want. They don't tend to enjoy cuddles but do need attantion , brushing and vet care and of course food and drink!! So it depends how much time you have really!!!!! A dog though is a massive responsibility, which many people don't realise, I have seen many people get dogs and give them away within the first 12 months because they don't realise just how hard it will be to look after them and all the attention they want. A dog can be very rewarding, very loving and friendly and are brilliant for people living alone who want some companionship- but again it all depends on your own personal circumstances. Just make sure you know you can afford pet insurance for all expensive vert bills which are inevitable, make sure you can afford to feed them (dogs are not garbage cans and need real dog food in kibble form or meaty form!), and make sure you have the time to care for the animal, not matter what the animal is, be is a goldfish, a guinea pig, rabbit, cat, dog or horse. You need to weigh up the expense and the time needed to care for them.

I don't thing either is better than the other. Now if you asked my husband he will say cats because he loves cats more than dogs. I prefer dogs myself. We had a cat one time and I loved her as much as I loved my dogs. So really depends on what a person prefers to which they say is best.
